Beautiful apartment hotel. We had the standard room for two people and just the right size. Loved having a kitchenette though plenty of food options around and walkable distance to all attractions in Edinburgh. Communal washer dryer a bonus for doing laundry. And the coffee machine and complimentary pastries a daily bonus! Loved the soft elegant decor in the hotel. Easy check in and check out.

Beautiful residence. Our apartment was so cute and cosy but still room for suitcases. Tea, coffee, water, Iron Bru and shortbread available on arrival to our room Enjoyed the Espa products in bathroom, fluffy towels and under floor heating. Blinds, curtains, lights and temperature on a switch by door and very easy to operate. Managed to watch Apple TV through app onto TV screen. Lounge on 1st floor had, coffee and cake in afternoon with a cosy area to sit and look out onto George Street. Will certainly be back. Staff very attentive and helpful. Held onto my luggage for the day so could go shopping! 1st class

Absolutely stunning property. Fantastic location, that is close to many of the popular sites. Just be aware there is no front desk, you will need to check in and out, on the screens provided on level 1... but for those who are self-sufficient this is a very fast method. Super friendly staff keep the location tidy. Complimentary coffee and pastries were delicious and super convenient! We were pretty disappointed to receive a smaller size bed, even though the city apartments are listed with a king bed on Expedia. :o(

The property was beautiful, modern to a fault, perfect location. This seems to be an experiment in having no human contact in the daily functioning of the property. Check in went well. However the controls for the rooms lights, curtains etc are so stylish as to be difficult (at first) to use. Especially if you are coming into the room in the dark. After a bit of time everything smoothed out. There is a way to contact the staff ( ipad) and they responded quickly and helpfully. My problems were a TV not working, the password for the wifi was given as two different passwords, and the chain on the door almost fell out of the wall when I attempted to engage it. This trip was my 70th bday and I received a nice gift from the staff. Overall this was a pleasant stay ( Never got the tv working) and this type of "Hotel"is perfect for a certain type of guest. I guess, for me, the front desk person or concierge is an important touch stone for my settling in to a new city. This is a new property and just needs a few bugs worked out, but otherwise a beautiful place to stay.
