Location and comfort.

Pros: I liked everything.
Location: Good for the tram from the airport. Only 5minutes from Princes Street and Lothian Road. 3 minutes to Dean Village and the Waters of Leith for a walk.
Location is excellent for the tram from the airport. It is quiet but convenient for both Princes Street and Lothian Road. The staff are very welcoming, the rooms are clean and pleasant. Continental breakfast was included in my booking and offered a nice variety.
