This historic house has been renovated bottom to top to catch up with the modern styling.

Has 2 open bedroom with Queen size beds with 1 of the room equipped with a 42" Smart Tv. Comes with a single washroom with all modern plumbing etc.

Open kitchen concept equipped with utensils to spices, plates cutlerys, cooking pot etc with a modern Island and dine in space adds extra comfort to guest who loves cooking.

The spacious and cozy living room gets a nice touch of single couch with 2 accent chairs and a fireplace to hit those cold weathers. Relax and enjoy your movies in a 55" smart TV equipped with streaming app like Netflix, Prime, Disney plus etc.

Right near the entrance door we have a Laundry space with a washer and dryer.

Loved the house and decor

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Location was great since we needed to be close to the RAH. Thank you for letting us rent your place.

Quick trip to Edmonton

Property is fantastic! Comfortable space with easy access to rest of city. Not a large house but has been very nicely renovated and is warm and inviting. There are some limits on parking on the street but fortunately there is easy to access parking at the back of the house.
