I stay at this hotel in a regular basis. The staff are friendly, helpful and always welcoming. The rooms are quiet, clean and large. Twice, with the assistance of Expedia staff, last minute changes were accepted and made which was very much appreciated in our time of need. Thank you to everyone for going above and beyond. In my travels across Canada, this is hands down the best place I’ve stayed. From the staff that greeted me upon arrival, to the sinking sensation of the bed, and wrapping up with a wonderful breakfast the following morning, I couldn’t be happier with a hotel. If I’m ever in or near Edmonton again, there’s no doubt this is where I’ll stay.
