The heater in our room made a loud squealing sound that kept us up most of the night until I had no choice but to unplug the unit. In which, we woke up to a freezing cold room, needless to say. When asked for compensation we were told the maintenance crew found no issue with the unit. False, I have video proof on my phone

It’s an older facility very bare minimum amenities at the hotel . Carpet was so dirty . Phone wasn’t working . Breakfast was good . Close by to superstore and some fast food restaurants. Pool was okay , smaller for sure . Wouldn’t stay again .

Breakfast menu was good, but eggs were cold. I ate it anyway though. The worker in the breakfast area was wonderful. Staff, efficient and friendly. How about getting the snow cleared? My only suggestion.
