The hotel is under renovation. We booked a king bed, they put us in a room with a queen that still had touch ups to be completed. The wifi for the room was not set up, the toilet ran and we had to wiggle the handle to get it to stop. There was zero dishes in the kitchenette. The shower tap was broken and did not go to hot. The microwave door couldn't be opened all the way. There was paint touch ups to be done all over. They moved us for the second night,to a 2 queen room, still no king bed like booked. When we got back from our event that evening the room smelled musty, it didn't stink when we moved into it. I dont get that. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Had to switch rooms twice in the first hour as my first room smelled like rank cigarette smoke and had no cable. Had to move from my second room immediately as the room beside it had a flooding toilet. The front desk lady was a little rude and had no urgency when i insisted she contact the maintenance guy about the flooding toilet. After the first hour the the stay was pretty decent, just kept getting woke up by people screaming and fighting outside in the middle of the night. I also think they should deal with the smell in the main lobby.

You guys let crack heads sneak in thru fire entrance door rite beside there room , sounded like a crack head. Convention , Scary crowd No simple things like complimentary water by the coffee , No napkins Walls have dry wall mud still on it Try to check out at 10 and cleaning lady has all her carts plugging the narrow hallways. Couldn’t push the suitcase dolly by without knocking your luggage off .. simple things The window was unlocked to my room was unlocked, thank god a crack head didn’t steal my stuff , The entrance doors don’t have door stoppers on the bottom and one is locked , what a pain in the ass holding the door trying to get luggage out .. simple put a door leg on the bottom so doors can stay open , or the front desk dude helps , that be a good plan , thanks for the stay sorry we couldn’t offfer any weapons for your safety or have a security guard .. I picked Ramada because everyone I’ve stayed in are descent, don’t fall for that like I did . I’m being totally honest, sorry for saying it how it is, but cmon you know the neighborhood , have more security, tighten the place up I had to tell you the fire door was open , and you have security TVs rite in front of you.

The hotel itself is newer, done very cheaply. The floors are so loud, and you can hear anyone walking around in the halls. The area is very sketchy, and I did not feel safe outside and I was worried about my car. There is not breakfast or any drink/snack machines. The worst part of my stay was being woke up one night by people arguing, the second night I was woke up from 1:30am till 5 am by a dog barking and whining for the entire 3.5 hours. Someone left their dog alone in the room the entire time. I called front desk, and they still did nothing, until I went to the front desk at 5am and told them to deal with it or I was calling the police to check on the room they finally got a hold of the guest. This was unacceptable. I did not receive an apology or offer to do anything for the inconvenience that this caused. I was there on business and had a trade show to work the next day which I was exhausted for due to the lack of sleep. I will never stay here ever again.

Clean but poorly finished, rooms were clean. This hotel needs a restaurant or something to do. Lots of homeless sleeping on the streets all around the building. Not safe to walk around in evening or night. Shelter close by.

The area was not the best and there was limited amenities within walking distance. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you have young children as the rooms are not soundproof and there are no kid-friendly amenities or activities at the hotel.

When we approached the hotel it still looked like it was under construction. We then noticed some homeless in front of the hotel. Once we checked in, we realized it had probably just opened April 1st. There was still construction dust all over the room and bathroom. Laminate pieces in the bathroom. Will not be returning
