We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is a bit dated but it’s clean and the staff is friendly. As far as parking goes, it’s expensive and not covered in your hotel booking.

room was clean but bathroom toilet was not flushing properly. maintenance came to fix, not much of a difference. would have appreciated a room change. super loud fridge and ac kept vibrating. cost of parking was very unreasonable at almost $30 per night for a 3 star hotel. Was shocked at how many homeless/ drug addicts were just outside the hotel. we did not feel safe leaving the room.

Great hotel

Honestly these are my favourite hotels and I book with sandman every opportunity. The staff are incredible, the rooms and cozey. And when I get to bring my fur babies, they're always welcomed with love. We were upgraded this time and it was such a lovely little surprise!

Downtown stay for concert

Good hotel. No complaints. The main attraction was that it was steps away from Rogers place as we were there for a concert. Its also connected internally via the elevated ped way to the arena so made it very comfortable for the family.
