Everything that I encountered was excellent. The desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The noon checkout is awesome as you do not have to rush to get younger children moving.

Disappointing homeless smoking in hotel

Very expensive for what you get. Old receipts in drawers. Mirrors dirty. Homeless people smoking inside and shooting up inside on second floor above chop restaurant coming back from oilers game with my kids. Should have been security preventing them from being there.

Very Comfortable and Great Location

We have stayed at the Sandman Signature Downtown several times now. It is our go to when we come to Edmonton to watch the Oilers play. The front desk people are wonderful and very accommodating. The beds and rooms are quite comfortable. The pedway walk to Rogers Place is fast and easy to negotiate.

The location is very convenient and the staff are very nice and helpful but if I’m paying for parking I would like to have a guaranteed spot and not have to wonder if I’m going to have a spot if I leave the hotel. The elevator is also very noisy and can be heard all night long as well as the people in it and this should not be a problem especially when paying for a premium room.
