Rooms were very clean, but definitely outdated and not in the best condition. Beds were decent, a little springy, but definitely slept on worse. Breakfast was good as far as hotel included breakfasts go. The coffee was the best part of the hotel. They serve Spirit Bear, and I’m officially a convert to spirit bear coffee now. This hotel is probably better for families, we were there for a few days for a wedding, just us two adults. We found it very noisy on our floor. A lot of young kids running and screaming up and down the hall all weekend long, but weekdays were much quieter. Not sure if id return here; but ive stayed at much worse: it’s a decent mediocre hotel.

Overall a decent hotel. The waterpark was fun for the kids but is in need to repairs for sure. Quite a few homeless outside the doors lingering around which did not provide a lot of comfort. Breakfast was good.

Staff was amazing. So friendly, helpful and kind. 10/10. But the room had a horrible smell - which they were able to place something in for an hour which masked the smell for a bit but then it came back. Tv worked on and off. Towels had hair on them.

At check-in we were given a late checkout at noon the following day. At 9am they were knocking at our door asking when we were leaving. At 11 am, they opened the door as my husband was standing naked shaving. The same person that knew we had a noon check out. The windows had a sheer drape only. Our room had parking lot lights in front of it. Our room was bright all night long.
