    The stay was fine. I was disappointed that the fitness center was not available to guests.

    Extremely Disappointed

    The customer service was less than desirable. Definitely need to work on appearance for front desk staff. The light blocking curtains in the room were missing hooks and didn’t keep the light out which was important to me since I had been on the road for over 14 hours. The bathroom was disgusting. Above the ceiling in the tub were yellow stains and mold. The water spout for the tub was just hanging there and was leaking all over the place. I booked this primarily for the use of their indoor pool which hadn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. Water was extremely cloudy. I thought I would just sit by the edge of the pool because the steps were slimy. Needless to say, I didn’t bother with pool. In reviewing places to stay, the pictures do not match this hotel. Interior and exterior were run down. Will not be staying here in the future.
