It was alright. I booked a king bed room and when I got there around 6pm, they said they didn’t have any clean King rooms and said they would “upgrade” me to the double bed room. (Literally the same exact price and the double beds are smaller, not sure how that’s an upgrade?) The the next morning some plans changed and usually I have no problem at any other hotel I’ve been to going down and asking for a late check out (1pm) - they told me no because they needed to the get the room cleaned. Which is ironic since my original room wasn’t even cleaned to begin with.

We were told during booking that we could schedule a late check out. This is why we purchased this room. During the online check in process the night before, I mentioned we needed late check out again. No one called to tell us we couldn’t. When we went to check in, we were looked at like we were crazy when we asked for late check out. We were told there is absolutely no way we could do late check out. If the maid knocks on the door we have to be out. If I had known this before the cancellation period, I would have cancelled. We also reserved over a month ago a king bed. When we checked in, we were told they didn’t have king beds and had two double beds. Why do we then make reservations for rooms that cannot then be accommodated? I have never left a 2 star review in my life. I’m easy to please, but the entire experience was disappointing. Overall rooms were clean. Beds were extremely hard, but to be expected for the price of the room. I think I won’t ever book a Super 8 again.

I didn't have shampoo in room. Breakfast was not the greatest. Omelets was in a baggie with no date of when made, looked disgusting. Bread in a baggie for toast. Ended up going to McDonald's for breakfast.
