People were hanging out on stairs next to room smoking we could get water in shower on, without flight with knob. Staff was okay that came quickly when we needed something. Very unsafe property. Homeless people all around, prostitutes around 1/2 dressed. Not suitable for a family stay! The rooms are ok. Door barely closed and didn’t seem safe either. We didn’t even stay ended up cancelling and renting a last minute hotel instead!! Would NEVER book again. The front desk clerk was so rude and we had to fight for a refund. He claimed it’s okay no one bothers you but we had stranger men coming up to our kids and harassing us. Would not recommend. 0/10. Pictures are deceiving and the property looks nothing like the photos. Very run down, smells awful, and renovations that haven’t been completed, as well as the elevator smells of urine. Pay the extra for a better hotel. This is not worth it.
