There’s plenty of space for lawn games like cornhole, giant Connect Four, and ladder toss. Plus, your furry friends are welcome too-with a secure pet enclosure just for them!

Step through grand mahogany doors into a spacious, single-level home with chic mid-century modern vibes and amazing views from every room. The open layout connects the cozy living room, formal dining space, and a second lounge with bar and games. You’ll also find a rare 20-foot indoor palm tree adding a unique touch of nature.

Guests can enjoy all the great amenities, including a spacious garage, beautiful pool, fully fenced outdoor areas, and a convenient laundry room.

Other things to note:

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Organizing a gathering? Let us know in advance—approval and extra fees apply. Quiet hours are strictly enforced.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200/day minimum. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 16 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to availability.
• Events and any filming/photography shall incur a minimum fee of $2000.
