My stay at the Brawley

I enjoyed my stay at the Brawley Inn. The check-in process was quick and friendly. The room was fresh, and clean, with a comfortable bed. Parking was readily available. A continental breakfast was provided. The hotel's location was convenient approximately 30 minutes from my planned destination, shopping and dining options in close about 10-15 minutes away.

The manager was very welcoming and friendly. Husband said the gym was well appointed for the size of the facility. The room was only ok. It was mostly just tired. Only two pillows on a king bed with no extras on the shelf. Linens and towels should be retired.

The staff especially the front staff are so great and accommodating. They changed my room as soon as I asked with no hesitation. The cleanliness of the rooms were a big problem. My first and second stay here were great but after this visit, I will not come back. The first room I received, there was fresh blood all over the carpet near the sink and bathroom area and the room smelled like moldy floor that had not been washed and dried properly. The following morning, staff were to friendly and changed my room. Second room has dead bug on the bed and once I had the air conditioning blasting to full speed because the room again smelled like moldy floor, there were small dead bugs coming out of the air conditioner and landing on my bed. I am unsure who approved the rooms as ready for customers but I dont think the cleaners care and more attention needs to be paid to these rooms.
