This Red Roof Inn Plus is a Gem!

This Red Roof Inn Plus is such a good deal. I can see why it has excellent ratings. The room we were given was quite large, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning and maintenance people obviously do a good job and this is appreciated. We got more than expected as the price was excellent!

Just okay. Not really happy, nor upset. Frustrated with some things like a non-functioning coffee pot, really bad wifi connection, tv small & crooked with no way to fix. Just okay.

Room was without heat for 2 consecutive days. Reported the issue in the morning and front desk staff showed in the afternoon when I was about to shower. They agreed to return later but never did. When I inquired later, Sara at the Front Desk try to shift blame towards me under the guise that I had “refused their entry” into the room.

First & last time staying there

Room wasn’t swept. The heater hadn’t been turned on for a while. We slept with the smell of turning on a heater for the first time in the winter. Which gave me a migraine. I pretty much took a COLD shower. Also walking out of the elevator & down the hall to our room all you could smell was weed.
