V3 ANZ Hotels - accommodation in Emu Bay

A fabulous property with fantastic host's. The check in process was very easy and the house was clean, airy and very well presented - the milk in the fridge was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The setting is gorgeous and we had residential koalas outside our front window and kangaroos from the kitchen window. The beach is within walking distance and it is a fabulous beach. Kingscote is a short drive and we travelled all over the island on good sealed roads. The property has a well stocked kitchen, with every utensil you may need. The BBQ was a good addition. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and the hosts went all out to make you feel welcome and are very knowledgeable about the island.

Good area for our little dogs on rear deck, escape avenue on southern side of back yard, had to be supervised for toileting

Disappointed with this property. Broken and old furniture left lying around. BBQ had to be thoroughly cleaned. Kitchen needed a good scrub. The property was old. Overpriced and it was the view we were paying for
