This is a fully furnished, attached one bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a separate entrance, covered patio, outdoor seating area, and private grill. Close to the beach, shopping and downtown Encinitas. This newly remodeled apartment boasts a new washer/dryer combo, well stocked kitchen, and walk in shower. Parking is directly in front and has no stairs. This space is immaculate, with a new mattress, sleeper sofa, furnishings, electric fireplace, linens, and lots more.

Comfortable, well furnished place for 1 or 2 people. Near San Diego Botanic Garden, 0.5 miles to the grocery store and shopping, and less than 1.5 miles to Moonlight Beach and downtown Encinitas. Hiking trails and the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course are nearby, with the nearest trail head less than 0.5 mi away. Available for 31 to 90 days. Perfect as a summer or winter getaway rental, out of town visitors, traveling professionals, or interim housing.

This apartment is the attached front downstairs portion of a large house. The house is happily occupied by the hosts and their family and friendly dog. The unit is mostly quiet, but a small amount of noise does come through from upstairs.

There is a brand new all-in-one washer/dryer in the bedroom. Although very convenient as it can run the washer then dryer without removing the laundry, it does take longer than a typical washer and dryer and can be loud when trying to sleep. There is a white noise generator available and ear plugs are provided.

Everything I needed for my stay and more

Sheri and Patrick were great and very accommodating. The suite had everything I needed for my long stay. It's connected to the house but it felt like a completely separate private space. The neighborhood was quiet and chill, and I was able to walk to get to everywhere I needed. Couldn't have gone better, and I hope to stay here again soon!
