Cozy beach house! Just steps away from the world-class Manasota beach

Open floor plan with lots of natural light, a full kitchen, a living room and eat-in dining area, and access to a shared laundry room. Tastefully decorated, this home has that Florida coastal feel. Unit has a lanai, and a large back porch where you can enjoy the Gulf breeze. The private rear fenced yard is perfect for relaxing, sitting around the fire pit or cornhole area, or barbecuing in the evening or on weekends. There is a separate entrance to the second floor condo so guests do not disturb the lower level. Just steps from the beach (0.2 mile walk) and a dip in the Gulf, the home is very well maintained.

Englewood is a 'hidden gem' in Florida and Manasota Key Beach is beautiful. Lots of great food, tiki bars, and relaxing atmosphere surround the area. It's also not uncommon to run across a shark tooth washing up on the beach.

PERFECT SHARK TOOTH GETAWAY

THE RENTAL WAS PERFECT! IT WAS CLEAN. IT WAS DECORATED PERFECTLY. THE LOCATION WAS JUST AS WE HAD HOPED. JUST A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. THE WAGON WITH BEACH EQUIPMENT HAD JUST WHAT WE NEEDED. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!

We had an excellent stay. The beach was an easy 7 minute walk, and what a nice beach it is. The house is also handy for shopping, golf, restaurants, everything needed for our 2 months stay. I highly recommend it.

Great Rental Property

We enjoyed our week away and were delighted to have rented this unit. Ray, the owner, always got back with us quickly if we had questions which we appreciated The unit was clean, nicely decorated, in a quiet area and had everything we needed during our stay. Manasota Beach is literally just down the street. You can easily walk to it or drive - there is plenty of beach parking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
