They made up the room every day of my stay. Food was hot and ready and service people were absolutely amazing and hospitable. The tv wasn’t working and they immediately came and fixed it. Stayed open late for my arrival. Beautiful setting and scenery. The pool/hot tub/sauna were down for maintenance during my stay, which was a part of the reason I booked this place, but the rest of the service more than made up for it.

Room was wonderful, breakfast was great, Hotel staff excellent. The downside the pool was closed for Maintenance. That’s the reason I spent the extra money to have a pool. Very disappointed.

My favorit hotel. It has a beautiful, well maintained pool and hot tub. The views from the dining room are spectacular. It is quiet and we have always had good interactions with the staff. It is clean and well kept but the broken lock on the back door is worrisome and the faucet in the batroom was plumbef backward, thus a slighty downgrade

The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining. Easy walk to multiple eating places. The renovated rooms are very nice. Loved the shower and the fire table outside.

Check in was a confusing mess. Nick kept trying to tell me I reserved room with two queen beds. I showed him my confirmation of a king bed. He finally admitted that the reservation probably got changed due to over booking. I told him that wasn't acceptable. He then spoke to his "manager" and mysteriously a king room became available. I travel a lot and probably will avoid staying with Best Western in the future.

This hotel has been run in a few reiterations over the years, and one can tell that the hotel is not brand new. That said, BW had done some nice upgrades to bring the standard to what one expects from a hotel in the BW chain. The room was comfortable and spacious, with upgrades in USB portals and outlets. It was nice and clean with comfortable beds and the breakfast was very nice both the items and the staff. A very pleasant stay.
