Staff was friendly, checkin easy; There was coffee and misc breakfast fruit and treats by 8a ea morning, or grab & go. We were there for a wedding weekend. Situated on a quiet street, easy to find, and in a wonderful area with restaurants in walking distance. Just few miles from Sister Bay where the wedding venue was. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Pool didn't open until next day after we left. Thank you!

We didn't know when we booked on Expedia, Village Green Lodge is under new ownership. The grounds were messy, no towel bag to refresh towels, the pool was closed and not ready, and the rooms are outdated. The walk to the water view is short. If you want a nice view, this is not the place for you. If you want a quiet place to stay and don't care about the room, this will check the box.

My husband and I stayed for two nights and absolutely adored this hotel! The owners and staff were friendly and kind and the hotel is situated well within the town, meaning you can walk to almost anything! The place was quiet, well-kept, and safe. Thank you for the great stay!!

Nice Lodge in the beautiful hamlet of Ephraim

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the homey feeling of the gathering room where we ate breakfast and met other guests. We were impressed with the owner, Mike, who is very friendly and laid back. The location is excellent - walking distance to many restaurants, the harbor and close driving distance to State Parks. It was the perfect place to relax on our fall Door Country trip.

Girls Trip Door County

Love this hotel. Staff is attentive and reacts with any needs promptly. Cozy rooms. Bonus site makes homemade pizza to order. After a full day of travel it was nice to go to the club house and order pizza and relax. Hotel was close to the bay and 30 minutes to Lake Michigan. We booked two rooms for our girls trip. Everyone was happy. We will return next year. Ownwer has a fantastic sense of humor.

This stay was to enjoy fall colors and to be quiet and restful. This lodge was just the right place. A small lodge with a little out of the way (1/2 block) from the main road and the shopping, restaurants and the water front. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. The lodge is dated but "Very" Clean and Quiet. We left refreshed!
