Located in Erquy in the La Cormorane residence, this 58 m² two-level apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot and shops are approximately 200 metres away, making it easy to enjoy the town centre and coastline without relying on the car for every outing.
On the first level, the entrance opens onto a spacious living area with television and sofa bed, as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen. Separate toilets complete this floor.
The kitchen includes the useful appliances needed for everyday meals: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with cold compartment.
Sleeping arrangements include:

- 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190
The sofa bed in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping option, but the maximum occupancy remains limited to 4 guests.
Upstairs, the bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin unit and toilet. A washing machine is also available in the property.
Parking is available next to the building, making arrivals and departures easier.
Erquy makes it easy to alternate between beach outings, walks along the seafront, discovering the harbour and exploring the paths towards Cap d'Erquy.
