Set on the second floor with lift access, the property offers a pleasant view towards the beach. The 20 m² living room opens through a large window onto a 6.7 m² enclosed balcony with outdoor furniture. It is a useful place for a morning coffee facing the coastline or a quiet break after a day out.
The kitchen area includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. It makes everyday meals easy to prepare without relying on restaurants for every meal.
