It has a lovely 100 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 1,500 m². The accommodation comprises
Basement:
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a second bunk bed (sleeps 3) and a single bed.

Ground floor:
- A private heated indoor swimming pool, 10m x 4.5m, open from April to October
- A 100 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood supplied at extra cost), sofas
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area

- Veranda with dining area

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
