The downstairs game area features a dartboard and a pool table which converts to ping pong. This area has walkout access to the open space.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a full bed. One has a balcony and a view of Twin Owls while the other has a balcony facing Twin Sisters and town. The hallway full bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Scenic Comfort is an easy short walk to downtown Estes Park for shopping and dining. You are only minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park, and close to the Lake Estes walking trail, golf course, Estes Park Movie Theater, and the Safeway grocery store.
