We loved sitting on the deck a few feet from Fall River. One morning a group of mule deer crossed just up-steam while we were sitting out there. The location near the Fall River entrance to RMNP allowed us to avoid the town when we wanted to, but it is close enough to reach town in a few minutes. The kitchen was well-supplied with utensils. We really enjoyed staying here.

Gorgeous creek view with cozy deck for viewing/dining. Quick 5 minute drive to downtown Estes park for shopping and great restaurants (highly recommend The Hive and Bird and Jim’s). Full kitchen amenities. Even some basics for cooking like olive oil and different spices. Check in was a breeze—keyless entry. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!

Wonderful anniversary trip!

My husband and I loved every moment of our trip to Estes Park. We were lucky enough that it snowed quite a bit while we were here. The property was lovely and right on the water. We enjoyed slightly opening the window and listening to the water while we were relaxing at the property. I cannot say enough good things about this stay. If you want to relax, this is the place to be.

Serenity by Fall River. What a cozy little condo cabin, sad we didn’t stay longer. The owner provided everything needed for a home away from home. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to RMNP.

Quick Weekend Getaway

My partner and I stayed at this location just for the weekend, and it was the perfect size! Walk out on the back porch and Fall River is truly right off the porch. Very comfortable and easy to maneuver and check in. Would stay here again!

Charming and quiet

As seniors and our first trip to Estes Park, CO it was perfect for us. We just wanted a quiet getaway right after the holidays.
