down side of the stay .i was told they no longer have a gym by staff.
part of the reason we did book there was because there was meant to be a gym onsite as advertised

For the state of the accomodation, this property is highly overpriced.
Despite signs evrywhere about no smoking, we were given half of a twin room, the smoker in the next room had no respect for these signs and the hotel staff said there was nothing they could do about the nauseating smell of cigarette smoke in the common entrance and balcony of our room.

This Hotel was unsafe, I hurt myself very badly in the room with uneven floor levels and at the pool with slippery tiling & inadequate measure taken to supply a steps with railing entry & exit point from the pool. As a result, I ended up with a serious fractured toe & severe bruising on both legs. When I advised them of this & asked them to look at making these areas safe for their guests, they came back with a non caring attitude with a don't care attitude.

We had a lovely short break at the Mantra. Staff were lovely at reception and on our floor. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Dated bathroom I hate climbing into spa bath to have a shower. We are not getting any younger and the climb in and out of shower is ridiculous. Very dangerous.
Perfect position for food right next door at the lovely Diggers Club. I wish we knew they offered breakfast. You guys should promote that.

I enjoyed the iced teas, the great location, and the staff were very pleasant. Close to lots of great tourist attractions. My only gripe was that the bed had a bit of wear (sag), which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. I let the staff know upon departure.
