Spend the extra money for something better

Room smelled like smoke. Floors and surfaces were sticky. Beds and pillows were bottom tier. I think the sheets were clean.. at least I’m going to tell myself that. Shower was actively leaking and had the bathroom smelling like mildew. That’s the stuff the hotel could control. The other clientele was a whole different problem. The paper thin walls made for lively listening.

Nice spot in the Northside of Eugene, oregon. definitey using this motel 6 again to visit family. Cool A/C, beds are comfortable, pillows are soft and firm. TV has nice select of channels. Great spot to get a room. Rooms are kept really clean.

Staff was so very nice. I was alone with a newborn. He had to have surgery the next day. Front desk was so very nice and offred me and baby amazing courtesy. Thank you.

the AC was fixed on high. I had to get another room with no AC but TV was broken. There was only one person to take care of everyone. People were having to wait to check in. They needed more staff to help. I will never go to a motel 6 unless I really have no other choice.

I would just like to say that the front desk workers on the night shift were amazing. My daughter found herself in an unexpected situation I called down there to get a room for her, but didn’t realize she didn’t have identification except for on her phone. They let them check in and let them rest for the night while I drove down the next day to pick them up. The warm and kindness really shows that people do care. So if you get a chance to stay here I would recommend it.

Good service/employees. No AC uncomfortable stay

Unfortunately the AC was out for the building on a hot stay. Room was stuffy and hot. First room supposed to have fridge but was missing, moved to room with fridge so appreciated that work around. No one at desk to check out for 10+ mins at 7:30am. Just left without getting receipt.
