First and foremost, the staff was amazing. The shuttle drivers, the front desk staff, and the waiter at the restaurant all went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. It was evident that they all enjoyed their jobs and it gave the best impression. The hotel itself was lovely. The decor and the amenities were well thought out. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. The portions were large (be aware) and the food was tasty. It was easily walkable to many shops, restaurants, and the train station. The walkable areas around the hotel felt safe and clean. 100% recommended!

Fantastic location, I have already booked there fore my next trip! Only note is that with a valet only, they are very busy. The drop off location is not ideal and on several occasions there was no one to take the car at drop off. I was always immediately greeted by the front desk who offered to take the keys. Very minor issue and the hotel, restaurant, location and staff are all fantastic!!

It is a nice hotel in a fun location. Our bathroom wasn't the cleanest - the sink was grimy and hadn't been scrubbed. It was a better experience the prior year.
