Hidden gem. In town for a short trip and always try different places. This was a first visit and I don’t plan on going anywhere else in the future. An absolute gem of a property, beautiful river views, the staff could not have been more gracious and kind. I was traveling by myself and felt perfectly safe the entire time as well. If you’re in the area, definitely could not recommend it more!

Clean big rooms. Booked a room facing the Willamette River and the was great. Plenty of dining option, besides Sweet Waters, the restaurant in the hotel.

Great hotel. Rooms are remodeled and hit all the special features. Pour over coffee is my favorite. Staff is outstanding. Friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Restaurant and bar staff exceptional. Again service and food are A+. Beautiful location overlooking the River. Feels like you are in a rustic area although you are next to the mall. Will stay there again. Thank you for a great stay.

Rooms were modern and large. Staff was friendly! WiFi was subpar and didn’t work as they “had too many people on” Food was okay. Snack bar area and coffee options not the greatest. We got the lobby made lattes and they were not very good. Walls were thin and could hear alot.
