We were not checked in until 4:25 and then had th settle for a handicap room. We made reservations months ago through Expedia. They assumed we were part of a wedding party and forgot about us until we complained.

Great stay.

The stay was very good. I wouldn’t pay to upgrade to a valley view room. Yes, you can see the valley but you basically have a view of the pump and play gas station. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel front desk staff was amazing!! Super helpful and went above and beyond. Parking wasn’t the best and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in (but I also like my bed on the very soft side) - but the staff made it all worth it and are definitely the reason I would be staying again.

Damaged walls in the bathroom, next door neighbors loud enough to wake us, slow elevators, restaurant food was below average, and parking was challenging. Friendly staff and clean enough. Probably won’t stay here again

When I checked in on 09/20/25 I was trying to tell the front desk lady I wanted a quite room she didn’t even acknowledged me and she gave me a room that was for disabled person and was very noise on the first floor and to top it all off I was being talked about with the ladies at the front desk I looked at them and the ladies at the front desk looked at me and did a face like wanting to laugh not a good feeling was my first time at big bear casino and it would be my last being profiled and judge not a good feeling by the staff at the front desk
