We needed an overnight place to stay for a 6am flight out of LAX. We were so happy we chose Hyatt Regency. Not only was the staff extremely friendly, and helpful, but the room was so spacious, clean recently renovated and convenient to the airport. Shuttle every 15 min got us to our flight on time. Definitely will repeat!! Highly recommended.

The room had not been turned over. The beds were unmade and the trash can was full of beer bottles. Unacceptable.
