The rooms were run down with various items not working in each. The staff was helpful but we ended up looking at 3 different rooms before finding the 4th that had the least wrong with it. I was disappointed for my family getaway. I will not stay at this hotel again. Example of issues: bad smell, cushions torn. main door scraping ground, lights not working, fan off balance stuck on high, fan not working.

Rooms are nice, fully prepped for long stayers and short stays but prefer to cook their own meals. Staff was nice and helpful. The price is perfect, biggest gripe is the doors shorting and not opening when swiping the door.

The room was great, the breakfast options were fabulous. Pool heater appeared to not be working and neither was the heat in the room. We were unable to swim. They were working on the system, there was carpet being updated and dry wall dust in areas.

The room was not very clean... Ceiling fans covered in dust and portable air conditioners in the rooms. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. Housekeeping did not remove dirty towels or take trash. Unimpressed.
