Upon entering you will love the airy light-filled main level that is complete with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath! Entertaining is easy with walkout access to a spacious outdoor deck that offers picturesque treescape views. The parking was extremely easy and the neighborhood was very nice. We felt extremely safe staying in the home. We had 7 people who traveled with us and the house had more then enough room for us. The home was extremely clean and everything worked perfectly. We had a question about how to use the shower and the owner emailed us back right away. The back yard was stunning and we found ourselves drinking our coffee there in the morning. The 2 or 3 different types of coffee pods were provided by the owner for the Keurig coffee maker. We didn't cook at the location, but there was a full kitchen there. If I travel to Washington D.C again, I will stay at this location again. If I had to nitpick, I would say the AC wasn't so powerful on the top floor. It cooled down after some time.

Overall the property looks like photos. Which is rare. The property does have two sets of stairs in the house. The stairs are steep which is not bad if you like stairs but since we don’t that was an issue. One of my kids fell down and got hurt. So just beware of that if you don’t like stairs. The outdoors also contains a lot of insects so pack bug spray. Especially if you have bug allergies. One of my kids swelled up from some bites out there. The upstairs beds are very nice and so are the showers. The deck has some weaks spots so just be careful. The house has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The property owners are amazing and they respond very quickly to any concerns you may have.
