The carpet had cracker crumbs. Obviously had not been vacuumed. The cups were sitting in soap slime on the bathroom counter. Ice bucket had a dead mosquito in it and there was no bag for ice bucket. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and washed out the bucket.

I booked a room with 2 beds and when we arrived it only had one queen sized bed. The room was extremely small. Curtains didn't close all the way to block out the light..most outlets you had to crawl around on the floor to even get to. No plans to ever book there again..

Very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and in a great location for shopping and dining. We had a great time. Will definitely be staying there again. Although it was a great place to stay, the breakfast could have been a little better. Not much of a choice like other hotels have but still better than nothing.

Terrible! We checked in &was told if the key don't work to try to push down on the handle & then up. I shouldve known then it was going to be bad. After 5 minutes, we got in. Dark brown walls & room Definitely outdated. But we can deal with that. There's a funny smell. We check the mattresses for bed bugs & the sheets. There was hair in 1 bed & the sheets were wrinkled & not clean. So we decide to sleep in 1 bed. Went to wash our hands & there's no soap or shampoo. We went & asked & she said it should be in the shower but I will give you some. We go back to the room & none was in the shower but we used what she gave us. We turn on the TV & cant get channels. I called the desk & she told me to try this&that. No success so she came up. She said she didn't know & would reset the Box & it should be good in 15 minutes. Nope! So we had no TV. We go to use the microwave & were blessed with previous guests nachos in it. Went to use fridge & again drinks & food. So those weren't cleaned either. The bed was very uncomfortable. Between the mattress & the smell it made for a bad night's sleep. We took a shower in the morning & find no hair dryer so I had to leave with wet hair while cold outside. The towels smelled funky. I wouldn't recommend this place & we certainly didnt get our money's worth. The place is in need of a refresh but most importantly better cleaning! The front desk lady was apologetic but for all my trouble no one even offered a little bit of money off my stay.
