We were given a non smoking room, however there seemed to be hint of smoke lingering in the linens or mattress. The bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable. I realize we only stay one evening however we only had one hand towel and one set of towels should we have wanted to shower upon arrival and in the morning we had to ask for extra towels

Nice hotel. Couple issues.

Overall, nice hotel. Beds are nice, good sheets and blankets. Hot water. Overall clean. Tub could have used a better cleaning. Biggest gripe is the smell in the hallway. I'm sick of the weed smell. Everybody in the world doesnt need a daily fix to cope with life. So take that smell outside. Hotels need to be cracking down on the offenders. Dont advertise no smoking in the rooms, and then do nothing about it. I got kids, they dont need to be smelling that stench. I'd like to say I'd stay at this hotel again, but not if they continue to operate like the cheap hotels and let all the Willie Nelsons and Snoop Dogs of the world smizz away.

The rooms are big! Bed was comfortable. Ice was only available on the 1st floor and our room was on the 5th. Easy checkin. Annoyed with the fee from using a 3rd party. You get it back but seems ridiculous. I would stay there again. Just a few annoying things.

Access to the front driveway at key times of days is almost impossible and actually dangerous. Traffic backing up at at the traffic light prevents easy access to the property. Not sure what the solution is (not another traffic signal) but something that should be discussed.

Mostly a great place to stay.

Overall, the room was nice and everything appeared clean, except the pull out sofa seemed dirty. It also had stains on the arms and cushions. You could also feel the springs through the mattress and the middle sunk down. Many of the phone charging ports/outlets did not work.
