This flat is clean and lovely, and an easy walk to downtown Falkirk. We spent two weeks traveling all over Scotland and we stayed here for thr last leg of our journey. It was really wonderful to be able to "move in" for the last several days and having laundry on site is a huge bonus. The host is ver communicative and we had no problems.

A really comfortable well appointed flat , with everything you need to make a stay comfortable, i would recommend to the landlord they they defrost the fridge at some point , the place would also benefit from some new bed linen, otherwise no complaints

This rental fell short in several key areas. The collection instructions were confusing and unclear—they're at Nisa, but this wasn't communicated directly. Upon arrival, the property wasn't clean, which delayed check-in until 7 PM. We were forced to return keys for the period despite no one else using them, which felt unnecessary. The property had significant maintenance problems: the main bathroom sink doesn't drain properly, and the ensuite bathroom was noticeably dirty and mouldy. Basic amenities were also missing; there was no roasting tin. To top it off, only one set of keys was provided. Overall, inadequate communication, poor cleanliness, unresolved maintenance issues, and limited amenities made for a frustrating stay.
