Room was nice, although it was suppose to be non smoking and there was an ashtray on the balcony's table. Nice size tv. Balcony was nice. A little Overpriced for area. Casino is close and has a restaurant, but smells very Smokey.

We had a very long drive that went late into the night and needed a place to get some sleep so we could continue on our drive safely. I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Fallon. Due to traffic delays we did not get in until 5 am. When we entered the hotel lobby the staff did not greet us and acted put out that they had to help us check in. The woman at the front desk was very rude. She assumed that we were coming from burning man and acted like we were there to party. I am a business professional who often uses Holiday Inn Express for business trips. I just needed a place to rest for a few hours and was treated like I was not welcome. I will not be staying here again. I spent over $400 on 2 rooms for one night and would have expected to be treated like a customer. I am very dissatisfied in this experience.

Same sheets, different stay

We stayed in the same room that we had stayed in three days earlier and there was a dirt spot on the sheets that I had gotten on them as I was putting on my shoes during our first stay that was still there on our second stay. Obviously the sheets were not cleaned. it was offputting to know that the sheets had not been changed. Other than that. The room had been cleaned and smelled clean and I appreciate that..

Very comfortable

Had an issue with in room AC, but front desk staff was phenomenal and quick to fix the issue, the beds were comfortable and clean, the room was accessible for my wheelchair and large enough to navigate.

I arrived at the property roughly around 1:30 in the morning for the staff to let me know that there was no rooms available, even though I have purchased a room the staff and informed me that she does not go into the rooms to see the accommodations three of us are traveling together, and she said we would have to share one king bed. She was very rude unaccommodating and when I asked her if she could contact her manager, she told me she could not However, she did eventually, and her manager accommodated us by putting us in the king room with a pullout bed.

The pool indoors was closed! There were no vending machines. The pancake machine was broken. The food was cold. I stay at your hotel about 3 times a year and in the past it has always been a nice place to stay. I am dissapointed Your credit machine was not functioning and I was ask to pay cash. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn express, but maybe it is time to move on to another establishment I relalize that there are times when it is necessary to do maintance, but maybe you should do your maintaince in the winter when business is slower than in the summer!
