The breakfast and attendant left a lot to be desired. The pancake machine was out of order. The attendant didn’t keep things stocked. When asked to refill the water pitcher she suggested going back out through the lobby and down the hall to the water fountain instead. Otherwise great staff, clean and enjoyable experience.

The hotel does not offer room service, despite it being listed as one of the amenities. During check-in, the first employee I encountered was unfriendly. Additionally, a part of the jet tub came loose when I activated the jets. The television did not allow connections to any streaming services, but luckily, my husband and I had brought one of our laptops and HDMI cord. I struggled to sleep and we ended up checking out around 2:15 am. As I was leaving, I was approached by three men who tried to engage me with comments and questions like, “Hey baby, what’s your name?” As they attempted to approach me. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. My husband witnessed their aggressive behavior as he exited the building. I had parked my car right by the entrance, just like they had. He urged me to leave quickly, so I did. However, I felt uneasy about leaving him behind, so I circled back to ensure he made it to his car safely, which he did. This was intended to be a pleasant night with my husband, but it turned out to be quite the opposite.

Comfy stay

The hotel was clean- especially my room. The carpets were in nice condition. I liked the overall decor. The reception staff could have been more pleasant- she was a bit abrupt. Pool area is great for the younger kids. Breakfast needs help- no biscuits and bacon refilled when I ate at 8 am.

The room we were put in was right next to the door that everyone was coming in and out of, because the main door to the hotel was “out of order”. It was loud. The staff were not very friendly nor accommodating. The kids loved the pool area but based on our overall experience, we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Absolutely a horrible experience. I stay at a lot of hotels and this lady at the front desk was absolutely terrible. Never again. I would recommend no one waste their money. They have lost me for good.

Will not go back

The hotel front door didn't work. The elevator stopped working. The key card devices are outdated and barely work. I had to reset them every morning or everytime we left the building(not next to a phone or other cards) My son got a thumb tack in his foot while in the pool. Couldn't sit in pool room, chlorine was so strong. The staff was extremely rude.
