Requested a high floor, got placed on first floor. Nothing else available. Door lock to the outside was broken and inoperable. Shower was not cleaned well, gunk and hair by drain.

This is a very clean and quiet hotel. We would stay here again. If I could make one suggestion it would be that I wish for the handicap accessible rooms they would make a shower that you could walk into rather than one with a tub. They did provide a shower bench, and maybe there are other rooms with a walk-in shower that I'm not aware of. To be fair, I did see pictures of the room online before booking, so we knew what the bathroom was like. We only stayed one night so my mom decided to just shower at home. But she liked how open the layout of the room was. She has stayed in so-called accessible rooms at other hotels and they were very cramped. The parking and breakfast were good. There was a door on our room that opened directly to the outside, but there were three locks so it felt safe. They were short staffed so our room wasn't quite ready when we got there, but you could tell all the staff were doing the best that they could. We opted to leave and come back, and I got a text when it was ready.

Clean, kids loved the pool, hotel is very pet friendly. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Guests please pick up your doggy doo!! Please be respectful of others. Other than that, excellent hotel.
