Love coming here. Very nice rooms and always very clean! I email ahead of time for the parking pass which is 10$ extra. It’s a parkade attached to the building which makes it very convenient. Staff has always been so accommodating and friendly. 10/10 for their customer service.

We loved the hotel and the area it was located! We had trouble with the water in our room! It was full of sediment and had a metal taste! The hotel gave us water from the front desk and took notes of the room!

As long as you don’t look.

Keep your shoes on in the rooms. The floors are disgusting, crunchy even. Absolutely skip the shower, they are cleaned but so much grout is missing that it stinks like mold. Everything is clean on the surface, just don’t look up, or focus on anything really. Just don’t sleep and get up and get out. Overpriced for how bad the rooms are. Oh and you better hope no one else on your floor is having a conversation in their room, you will absolutely hear it. Or that the college kids on the street aren’t too drunk, you will hear them too. Rosewild brunch is pretty good.
