Loved the location. It was an easy drive to downtown Fargo, which we enjoyed exploring. The hotel needed some updates, but our room and beds were comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Close to lots if shopping options,mall, zoo, and other family friendly activities but the facility itself was a horrible experience. Walked in to servicemaster onsite; no notification of the issue in advance so we could cancel our reservation. We had an elderly guest in a wheelchair unable to walk and thre were no 1st floor rooms offered; staff said 3rd floor was only option and elevator worked but in an emergency this felt really unsafe. Then at check in we asked if pool would be open and staff said it was getting maintenance and would be opened later that day but it never was and i overheard guests later being told the pool would remain closed. The room had stains on walls and guest chair. The office chair was falling apart, the air conditioner cover kept falling off and the top drawer of the dresser kept opening on its own. There was a dog in the room across from us barking til 11pm then constriction noise started at 7:30 am. I mentioned all this at check out and they gave me a $25 discount and an email for management. So disappointed.

I guess this is an older La Quinta, or we just got the “third party” room. Window was open when we checked in, both queen beds were sagging in the middle, air conditioner was noisy, tub/shower need replacing. Carpeting in halls need to be ripped up and tossed. We got a good deal, and yes, you get what ya pay for.

Where does one begin. It started from the front desk staff not caring or being accommodating. To getting a room where the curtains were falling off there was spit balls stuck to the ceiling and God knows what the oily substance was running down the wall. Not to mention The beds were severely broken in by that I mean the springs were coming out of one of them. There was no shower curtain. And when I addressed this with a person stating that they were management they told me that they don’t get paid enough to care! needless to say I wouldn’t waste my money on this hotel ever again!

Rooms only cleaned every 3 days if you’re lucky. No operational elevator. Business office. Pool. Spa. Some staff did above and beyond. Very few. Coffee maker was out. We had to change our own sheets 4 times in 10 days and had to continually ask for towels and toilet paper. We will be hard pressed to stay at Wyndham properties again.

Our stay was bad. We were put on the 4th floor because you could not get to the second floor by elevator due to some problem. When we got back to the hotel we tried to use the elevator. It would not work. We were told to use the other elevator. So we did only to find out we could not get to our room from that elevator. So we had to use the stairs to the 4th floor for the length of our visit. My friend has back issues. We told this to the lady at the front desk. She never offered to move us to a room that we could get to from an elevator. Terrible stay!!!!!

We had a king bed we reserved and got 2 queens. We got there and they told us the elevator was out and would not be fixed all weekend. Then they put us on 3rd floor. The hot tub also was broken. The tub was dirty in corners. The people were nice. The workmen were rude. We would not stay here again. We tried to find another hotel but everything was booked up. We were here for a wedding. We would like our credit back at least.
