The staff were great! This hotel is family owned and they care about the place. They gave me a great room. Although the hotel in general could use some renovation, my room served my needs fine. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good (and the water was hot right away), the refrigerator was a good size and it had a separate freezer compartment, the parking lot was very well lit, it was a quiet place, and very convenient to I-95. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again if I’m in the area!

Great for the price

Place is clean, attendants at front desk are pleasant. Place is going to need some updates. New wallpaper in bathroom. Tile needs regrouting. USB ports should be installed. Price is right so you get what you pay for. We just use it for stopovers. EZ access to fast food restaurants.

This was my 2nd stay here and it was perfect. Friendly owners & front desk receptionist. Modern lobby & room furniture, extremely & comfortable . This will always be my go to stay on the drive from NY to FL.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean. The bed was nice, appeared new and was comfortable. The room is very simple. I basically paid for a nice comfy bed to sleep for six hours before heading back on my road trip. it was a great price to pay and just what I needed.

Deluxe Inn Fayetteville was clean and well maintained. It's not the most prestigious of hotels but the management of this hotel treat it as though it is. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others as well.

For the price it was ok. The rooms have been remodeled & we’re very clean. In my opinion, that’s as far as I can be positive about the stay. Check-in & check-out was simple enough.
