Exorbitant pet fee, made even worse by sky-high tax on it. Absolutely zero information about it until after our nonrefundable booking went through. Staff was extremely invasive, taking a photograph of our dog as proof that it wasn’t a service animal, pretending that it was for some hotel scrapbook to show off pet guests. The place is reasonably clean, but the quality of the so-called excellent breakfast is definitely exaggerated.

Hotel is clean, breakfast is good. But my check in was not ! I feel uncomfortable because as soon as I walk in I started coughing for the reason that I’m not used to this cold weather and I had pneumonia this past February so with this cold weather my lungs get swollen causing me the need to cough… well as I said, as soon as the front desk heard I was coughing THE FIRST thing she said was “Are you sick? I can’t afford to get sick” instead of greeting me and ask if I needed a mask or something, she was rude! After that she asked if I was checking in, I felt so uncomfortable and on top of that she immediately went to get some hand sanitizer and put a mask on… like c’mon if you don’t want to get sick don’t work at costumer service, second i wasn’t sick! I just stayed there because we were tired after a +18hr trip… she needs to learn to treat people better and to understand that a cough doesn’t mean a person is sick… I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place if you’re sick or if you’re COUGHING! This happened Sunday 14th 2025 around 17:30-18:00

I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman working the desk last night into early this morning was great.
