Ferntree Gully casino hotels

Arrived at 10am and told room not ready, that's fair. Booked a 2-bedroom room but was later given two adjoining rooms instead. If this is so, hotel should had offered to check us in early (I would had gladly pay the $50/hr fee) rather than make us wait 4 hours. For parking, was told the car need to be outside the carpark for me to purchase the guest parking, again, quite weird. I need to park the car before going to the recep to purchase the pass. Breakfast is mostly canned or processed food
