Staff were brilliant, kind and informative. Pool was huge and had an abundance of clean towels. The spa was a little dirty but what can you expect with hot bodies in hot water. Room was fantastic and clean and the views were beautiful.

The service upon check-in was outstanding. The staff member 'Rosemary' was very proactive in ensuring I understood the process for the off-site car parking. I was also offered a late checkout and she even contacted me in my room about 40 mins after arrival to ensure everything was OK. First class service. Was also pleasantly surprised by the size and space in the gym. The pool was also excellent. Might make this my regular city break place to stay when coming to Melbourne for work & events from Regional Victoria.

Great accommodation for what we needed. At check in there was an issue with our room but that problem was easily fixed by the manager and staff and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. There is a convenience shop near by and you are so close to the CBD, the ammenities and the view were spectacular. We will definitely be back 😊

Quality heavy duty furniture in the room. Things do not knock over or fall down easily. Nice to see. Great quality sheets and firm bed. Gym was well equipped. Elevators are very modern. Great place to stay. Parking is a bit of a challenge.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff when checking in were extremely friendly and helpful. I was also impressed by the level of security. The elevators restricted access to hotel guests only. The room itself was incredibly clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!
