The fully updated home with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and a queen pull out sofa has the comforts of home including new furniture and is centrally located. The fenced yard and large deck with new gas BBQ grill, fire pit and outdoor table is close to paved trails and a playground. Many local attractions, and businesses are close.

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*

*Please note: All guests must be approved by management prior to occupying the home*
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00

The house is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The neighborhood is in a great location with hiking and biking trails all around and all the homes are neat and well kept. Close to town and grocery stores as well as many Flagstaff activities. Highly recommend this rental property!
