Well the reason why I scored the way I did is because 1. The people who where above me was stumping, kids screaming and just all out noisy until about 1:30 to 2:00 in the morning in addition there was a very bad and loud noise coming from what I thought was the refrigerator but when I looked into it further it seemed to be coming from the ceiling and I mean the sounded like a group of pigeons if your own know what they sound like when they're together but loud and this went on for several several hours well until the morning as well. But to shed a little light about my stay is that the bed was very comfortable and house keeping was good. Other than that I will not stay there again. FYI the only reason why I didn't complain about the people who were above me is because the saw me and what kind of car that I was driving and I really didn't want anything to happen to the car

Wonderful hotel in Flagstaff

I noticed some women's hair on the shower walls, and there was a hole in my bed sheets, but those are not deal breakers for me. This hotel was in a great location at a great price. The staff was amazing from check-in to check out with local information and provided a map to my room. I will definitely stay again.

Hotel Aspen was nice and clean. We rented the penthouse suite. The beds were great. Overall bedrooms and living room was small but clean. Front office attendant was nice. Would stay here again on our next adventure to Flagstaff.

This is a 2.5 star hotel and feels like 3 star. The room is clean in general and the bed is comfortable too. We checked in after midnight on the road to New Mexico and got the hotel room at a good value price. It’s close to a local small plaza so we walked approx. 0.5 miles to Madrez Cafe where we got really good breakfast there. The only annoying thing is that starting from 10am we got 2 ladies knocking at the door of our room even though the check out time is 11am. Suggestion to improve on that part. Otherwise, this hotel is a good place to crash.

Fine for the Price

Stayed here for two nights. I was looking for a place for my family of 5. The room was big enough, but a bit funky. There were three beds and one bath and a very small kitchen. Everything was old and the bathtub in the bedroom was odd. But overall it was average and fine for two nights.
