The Lamarel Beach House is a new apartment with 3 spacious, bright and air-conditioned bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and toilets. The master bedroom includes one of the 2 bathrooms as well as a small balcony area. The main space of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining room with a magnificent mural and a large living room which gives access to the main terrace. The Lamarel Beach House is located on the third floor (without elevator) of a small complex, boasting beautiful views on the mountains but also of the seafront which is 3-minutes walk away. You will also have access to a nice small communal swimming pool on the ground floor, on the roof of the building which benefits from a panoramic view as well as a free parking space in front of the building. The apartment is located in flic en flac, a small seaside village that has become one of the hot spots of the island, boasting one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and a spectacular sunset. Within walking distance you will find beaches, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, car rentals and multiple bus stops. Lamarel is located less than an hour by car from the airport, 30 minutes from the capital city, Port Louis, and 10 minutes from Casela Nature Parks, one of the most beautiful attractions of the island.
