We choosed the room with see view , we had view for car parks . I would say it was more hostel than hotel standards room . Wasn't quiet, we heard all moves, talks from room above us.

Rooms were tired, for a ‘spa hotel’ it lacked the basics. Staff largely v inexperienced to the point of rudeness. Despite staying 2 nights and having spent my Saturday at hospital with my v sick father, they refused to let me have dinner as I’d not booked Will not go back!
