"The property we reserved was double‑booked, and we were offered a downgraded cabin with a partial reimbursement. We agreed, but the cabin we were moved to was in unacceptable condition, with thick dust, pet hair throughout, and a strong animal smell. Family members with allergies reacted within minutes. ..."
