Room smelled like a dog kennel, carpet was filthy so I put on some socks but then they got wet from the carpet. Disgusting. Check in was awful and i stood in line for about 20 minutes (2 people in front of me) and they couldn't find me a room however the staff was very nice

Always enjoy our stay there. Nice upgrade on the room we stayed in. We did have a long wait to get up to our room, they were working on the elevator. The staff didn’t let us know when the elevator was ready. We are elderly and can’t climb stairs.
