The hotel is very nice. It’s clean. Modern. The breakfast buffet is tasty, but not extensive. The most important thing to know is that the hotel is not within walking distance to the old town area with all the lanterns. That requires a 10 minute car ride. Tens of local guests all smoking in the public areas of the hotel - including at breakfast! Air con noisy. Power and heating went off in room so freezing cold all night and no lights.
